When is rent due?
Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.
Is there a late fee?
A $10 late fee is added to the account on the 6th of the month.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made in person, mailed to: Keeton Storage Center, PO Box 844, Flatwoods, KY 41139 or online through PayPal. (please click link to pay with PayPal.)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card or PayPal. If paying via PayPal make sure to include you Unit Number in the "Special Instructions to Seller" box.
If nobody is there how can I make a payment?
There is a payment box by the office door.
Is there a deposit or setup charge to rent a storage unit?
We do not charge any deposit or setup fee to rent a storage unit. All you have to pay for is your first month's rent.
How long does my lease run for?
Your lease for your storage unit is a month to month lease with a one month minimum. Your lease automatically renews every month on the first of the month until you tell us that you are moving out of your storage unit.
What do I need to bring to rent a unit?
You will need to bring a valid, government issued photo identification card and payment for your first month's rent. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
